Doctor Details

Dr. Maneck Nicholson, trained in cataract and refractive surgery from various premier institutes in India and across the globe has recently joined the practice and hopes to continue the legacy of the clinic. She has completed her fellowship in cataract and refractive surgery from the Narayana Nethralaya Eye Institute, where she has presented and published extensively in the field. Following this she has completed a fellowship in the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School in Boston in the field of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

She has worked as a consultant in the department of Cataract and Refractive Surgery at the LV Prasad Eye Institute and at that time spearheaded the Aurobindo geriatric Eye Foundation at the institute. She also takes an avid interest in teaching at training and has provided cataract training to numerous ophthalmologists at national and international forums. Her areas of interest include advanced cataract surgery, Laser vision correction and Keratoconus.
